WTS Paradigm, based in Middleton, Wis., held its Madison City Scour event for employees recently, for the third year in a row.

Employees were split into 24 teams and given more than 100 clues leading to different locations in downtown Madison. The company works to promote a culture of teamwork, problem solving and fun. The event is designed around those above principals and employees can enjoy the camaraderie of their fellow employees and focus on team building that they bring back to work.

This event is an integral part of the culture at WTS Paradigm and employees look forward to it each year, according to the company.

“The City Scour is an excellent opportunity for our employees to interact with each other and the community,” says Nathan Herbst, CEO. “We had more than 100 people participate this year and it has been great to see how this event has grown over time in response to our company’s increased numbers. The City Scour is a unique time for our employees to enjoy an afternoon collaborating, working together to solve problems, having fun along the way and leaving no one behind.”

“I really enjoyed seeing the whole company out and about and just having fun,” says Anthony Nespoli, PK Analyst. “It’s things like the City Scour that make me really like working here.”
