WTS Paradigm Helps a Local Family in Need
August 20th, 2010 by EditorWTS Paradigm has sponsored a local family through Habitat for Humanity of Dane County, Wis., for the second year. On Saturday, August 7, employees were able to volunteer their time to help build the home that the company sponsored.
“WTS Paradigm has built a charitable focus into our company structure. We are fortunate to be experiencing strong growth through tough economic times, and in turn we believe it is important to create a culture full of giving,” says Nathan Herbst, president.
WTS Paradigm donated all the doors and windows while one of its customers, Clopay, donated the garage door. Staff members from the company were also able to donate part of their weekend to the project.
“I’m glad that WTS Paradigm supports the Habitat for Humanity organization each year, allowing employees to help out local families in need,” says Casey Wulff, CenterPoint developer. “It’s a fun experience to be able to learn more about the industry we serve by actually working on the home.”
Volunteers helped build the roof and trusses as well as put up insulation and house wrap.
