WDMA Executive Conference to Include 2015 Housing Market OutlookAugust 21st, 2014 by Casey Flores
The Window and Door Manufacturers Association (WDMA) will host Dr. Andrew McCoy and Toby Morrison at its Annual Executive Management Conference. They will provide a forecast for 2015 and beyond for new construction, remodeling and replacement and will look at economic fundamentals, housing market strengths and weaknesses, and insights about consumer demand. This session will also cover the findings and 2015 forecast from WDMA’s window, entry door and architectural door market studies.
Dr. McCoy is the director of the Virginia Center for Housing Research at Virginia Tech and assistant director of the School of Construction. He is an associate professor of building construction and affiliate professor of civil and environmental engineering at Virginia Tech, teaching several undergraduate and graduate building construction courses.
Toby Morrison is the national sales director – BPM Channel at Metrostudy, where he focuses on helping building product manufacturers use data to inform strategic planning and tactical engagements. Morrison has more than 15 years of experience working with commercial and residential real estate data and holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the Alfred Lerner College of Business and Economics at the University of Delaware.
