Window Nation’s Boston Expansion Modified

Window Nation recently opened a new showroom in Boston, introducing new job opportunities and home solutions to the area, to include cities between southern New Hampshire and Rhode Island. Boston is the company’s 10th market opening and its first location in Massachusetts.

Then came COVID-19 and Window Nation modified its business practices. It is now offering residents the option to receive a virtual consultation and estimate. A Window Nation salesperson can walk customers through the task of window replacement via video conferencing, including education about vinyl and wood options and discussions about things such as colors, sizes and styles. Homeowners are able to upload photos to receive precise measurements, and installations are completed outside with minimal disruption.

“We understand – not everyone wants or needs windows right now,” said Aaron Magden, co-founder and president. “People have much bigger issues. But amid our current climate, we wanted to do everything we could to ensure employment for our team and find a safe way to support those customers that waited for the warmer weather to tackle some home improvement projects, like windows. This provides a safe and convenient solution.”

Window Nation experts are still available to provide in-home consultations and education, while strictly adhering to CDC safety guidelines, for those customers who need or prefer to meet face-to-face.

The company also has plans to be an active presence in the local community.

“It’s important for us to connect with the people of Boston early on because let’s face it, home improvement is a very personal experience,” says Magden. “Our customers are like family, and they will always be treated as such.”

Window Nation opened a new showroom in St. Louis in March, and one in Kansas City last June.
