Western Window Systems has announced promotions in its sales, marketing and human resources areas, as well as the expansion of its sales team through a newly formed regional manager position.

“We’re fortune to have incredible breadth of talent at Western Window Systems,” says Scott Gates, president and CEO. “As our business continues to grow and expand across the country, we’re recognizing the significant contributions already being made by key sales representatives and executives.”

Five Western Window Systems representatives have been promoted within the company’s custom and production builder sales teams. Named to the new regional sales manager position in the custom sales area, and reporting to vice president of custom sales Andrew Darr, are Jason Seeley (West Coast), Cesar Fuentes (Central) and Jeff Jensen (East Coast). Named to the regional sales manager position for the company’s Volume Program, and reporting to vice president of production builder sales Chet Willis, are David Vanden Oever (West Coast) and Tom O’Brien (East Coast).

Western Window Systems also named two promotions within its senior management team. Laura Hahnefeld, formerly marketing director, has been promoted to vice president of marketing, and Rob Robichaud, formerly human resources director, has been promoted to vice president of human resources. Hahnefeld and Robichaud joined the company in 2014. Both will report to Gates.

“Laura and Rob have made significant contributions to Western Window Systems, each demonstrating a commitment to advancing processes and programs that drive our success,” says Gates. “Their leadership and vision will continue to enhance our strategic direction, growth, and profitability as we expand geographically.”
