Van der Werff Named Deceuninck Vice President of Operations

Jan Willem Van der Werff has been appointed Deceuninck North America’s vice president of operations, a role in which he will oversee Deceuninck’s business operations and fenestration facilities in Monroe, Ohio, and Fernley, Nev.

Van der Werff brings more than 25 years of experience in global operations and has held leadership roles in major industries, including renewables, plastics and chemicals, officials said.

With his demonstrated success in building start-ups to running global businesses, Jan brings a wealth of organizational knowledge and insights to our operations,” said Filip Geeraert, CEO for Deceuninck North America. “We are pleased to welcome him to the Deceuninck team as we continue to drive innovation and business results throughout our organization to benefit our customers.”

Van der Werff holds masters’ degrees in chemical engineering and polymer technology and is a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt. He also served in the Dutch Army as a First Lieutenant and Reserve Officer. He resides with his family in Cincinnati, Ohio.
