The Glass Guru Elk Grove (Calif.) has announced a new owner. Steve Snead, who recently took ownership, has been in charge of the location since July 31, 2023, officials said. For more than 12 years, previous owner Breck Spain was at the helm.

“I really feel like this is a business that I can get behind and be proud to put my name on for friends, family, and neighbors all over the South Sacramento and Elk Grove areas,” Snead said.

Snead brings more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry, including both residential and commercial, and residential remodeling. He says he was attracted to The Glass Guru franchise because of its successful business model.

After moving to the area 22 years ago, Snead is passionate about the area and the work he brings to the table. Rob Lopez, vice president of franchise support and business development at the company’s headquarters, said he is thrilled to have Snead and his team as part of The Glass Guru network.

“They have a wonderful understanding of quality ‘Service Excellence’ due to extensive experience in the HVAC industry prior to purchasing The Glass Guru of Elk Grove,” Lopez said. “That experience, coupled with their strong drive and desire to go above and beyond, should serve them extremely well.”
