Thermoplast Acquires Nextrusions

Thermoplast, out of Laval, Quebec, has announced its acquisition of Nextrusions, the manufacturer of window and door profiles for Vision Group. With the acquisition, it has been renamed Thermoplast Nextrusions and allows Thermoplast to increase its production capacity.
