ProVia, based in Sugarcreek, Ohio, has expanded its portfolio of exterior products through the purchase of Heritage Stone, a manufacturer of stone products in Zanesville, Ohio. Both companies are privately owned and the terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

ProVia is a manufacturer of exterior solutions including brands like Signet Fiberglass Doors, Legacy Steel Doors, Spectrum Storm Doors, Prestige Patio Doors, Aeris Windows and Heartland Siding.

Heritage Stone is a manufacturer of stone products for residential and commercial applications.

“As we researched solutions for incorporating stone into our product portfolio, Heritage Stone quickly piqued our interest,” says ProVia president Brian Miller. “[The company’s] focus on producing superior products and caring for people through excellent service definitely aligns with our values, and we are excited about bringing this brand into the ProVia family of products.”
