Power Home Remodeling Group, one of the nation’s largest exterior home remodelers, was recognized on the 2015 Top Workplace lists in two of its territories. The Chicago Tribune ranked Power No. 4 within the small companies category, while the Boston Globe ranked Power No. 10 within the midsize category. The Top Places to Work programs identify leading businesses based upon results from employee surveys.
More than 250 employees based at Power’s Marlborough, Mass., and Rosemont, Ill., locations completed a detailed survey about their jobs, including questions related to team effectiveness, retention, employee alignment with company goals and manager effectiveness. Results cited the company’s mission, culture and ethics as the leading reasons why Power should be named one of Chicago and Boston’s top workplaces.
