Ply Gem “Refreshes” Great Lakes Window Brand

Ply Gem has completely updated its Great Lakes Window brand with a new consumer-facing website (, new dealer sales tools and support programs, and new product lines that will be unveiled this year.

The Great Lakes Window brand launched in 1981. Ply Gem first acquired the company in 1986.

Among the changes to the Great Lakes brand:

• An updated logo featuring the Great Lakes’ lighthouse;
• A set of customizable sales tools, and;
• A redesigned, mobile-friendly website showcasing new product photography and homeowner-focused content on topics such as renovation planning, window performance and style selection.

In addition, soon-to-be announced product lines have been re-engineered to combine advanced technologies with a streamlined suite of value-added options. The new product lines are inspired by dealer requests for customization that targets the buying preferences of today’s consumers.

  1. Many of us look forward to the continuing journey of the Great Lakes Window brand. An iconic name built by the life , work, and example of Ralph Delman and many others over it’s long history. I am fortunate to have been a part of that legacy as well.
