Pella Corp. and Andersen Corp. both have been named to Newsweek magazine’s list of America’s Greatest Workplaces 2023. The list is compiled after an independent survey of more than 389,000 participants from various companies and industries focused on categories such as professional development, job satisfaction, compensation, work-life balance and more.

Pella says the recognition adds to the company’s growing collection of workplace accolades, which includes being named one of America’s Greatest Workplaces for Diversity earlier this year, which highlights the company’s commitment to building an inclusive culture.

Pella also holds an average team member tenure of 14 years, a rare achievement among manufacturing companies, the company claims. Contributing to the company’s ability to attract and retain top talent are robust professional development plans, annual profit sharing, and the growth trajectory of the business, officials suggest.

Andersen Corp. also made the list, in the Energy, Resources and Industrials category.
