Amy Patton has been named general manager of door operations for Wincore Windows and Doors, headquartered in Parkersburg, W. Va. Patton will provide operational leadership and has been tasked with improving efficiencies in process, flow, labor cost and staffing. She will also develop team members to sustain significant growth, officials said.

With an extensive background in operations management in the cabinetry industry, Patton most recently held the position of plant manager with Wellborn Forest Products. Prior to that, she held positions with ACPI Wood Products, Elkay Cabinet Division and MasterBrand Cabinets.
