Masonite Inc. announced the closing of the acquisition of Marshfield DoorSystems Inc., headquartered in Marshfield, Wis. Marshfield is a provider of doors and door components for commercial and architectural applications, and its 2010 revenue exceeded $100 million dollars. No other financial details of the acquisition have been disclosed.

Marshfield employs approximately 600 people, with a primary facility in Marshfield and two smaller locations in Greensboro, N.C. and Largo, Fla.
