March 22nd, 2019 by Drew Vass, Executive Editor

Officials for the Insulating Glass Manufacturers’ Association (IGMA) announced that the next installment of the association’s Leadership Development Program will take place April 24, 2019.

Each live, interactive session will last 60 to 90 minutes, and will be led by former industry insider Oak Moser.

Officials say this year’s program will expand to give attendees an immersive experience, while helping them to learn how to manage businesses and people properly. A Leadership Spectrum refresher session will take place on April 24, 2019, including an overview of the skills required to be an effective leader, focusing on personalities, values, issues, world events and millennial employees. A Character Strength Finder session will occur on May 22, highlighting leader identification strengths, and on June 26 Communicating with all Personalities will serve as a conclusion, aiming to help attendees understand colleagues’ preferred personality styles by providing insights into various likes and dislikes.
