Interlock and Caldwell have announced they are taking the next step in combining the two companies. Axel Husen will lead both businesses as president and CEO of Interlock & Caldwell.

A joint press release indicates the new, combined company will leverage its range of fenestration products and strengthen its manufacturing and distribution footprint.

Since the acquisition, the Interlock & Caldwell teams have worked together to learn and understand each other’s businesses. Husen says he is confident this integration will succeed.

“We are much stronger together. I’m excited about the opportunities that brings to us and our customers,” Husen explained.
