Ferche Millwork Receives Accolades for its Advertising

When  it comes to grabbing customers’ attention, Ferche Millwork is being honored for standing out.

The Rice, Minn.-based hardwood mouldings manufacturer won three American Advertising Awards, including the Best of Show honors, at the American Advertising Federation Central Minnesota ADDY Awards on January 24. The event was the first of the annual three-tiered national competition held by the American Advertising Federation.


Ferche’s Book of Mouldings won four ADDY awards.

Ferche’s Book of Mouldings won a Gold ADDY in the categories of brochure, 4-color and photography campaign. The event’s top honor, Best of Show, was also awarded to the Book of Mouldings in a unanimous judges’ decision.

Those entries move on to AAF’s 8th District, the second tier of the competition, where they will go up against other regional winners from Minnesota, Wisconsin, North Dakota and South Dakota. Those winners then head to the national competition.

“It’s an exciting honor,” says Cory Hollenhorst, director of sales and marketing. “I wanted this brochure to capture the spirit of Ferche, our brand and our culture. It’s been really well received within our industry, but to be recognized across all industries as a standout piece is really special.”
