Nice Upgrade

Pacific Sash Design posted a photo of work it did to an 80-year-old facade.

Bringing an 80 year old facade into a present, high performance building standard with elements such as outsulation, air sealing, rain screen, led lighting and liquid flashings. We played with a few different products and materials because we’re curious, always learning, and exploratory by nature. The new dutch door is by Bend River and black clad windows by Windsor Windows.
