CGI Windows and Doors Names Tom Riscili as CEO
June 15th, 2011 by EditorCGI Windows and Doors Inc. announced that Tom Riscili has joined the company as president and chief executive officer, effective immediately. He will be responsible for all aspects of the company, according to a news release.
Riscili has more than a decade of experience in the building products industry, most recently having served as president of Fypon Ltd., a division of Fortune Brands. Prior to that he was vice president of Simonton Windows, with specific responsibility for its West Coast window business, including operations, product design, sales and marketing.
“Tom brings a wealth of experience and strong leadership to CGI. I am thrilled to have him on our team,” says Flavio Quesada, chairman and founder of CGI.
“CGI has an outstanding product line, reputation for quality and great people,” says Riscili. “I am looking forward to working with the organization, its customers and vendors to make it an even bigger, better business than it already is.”
Brian Evans, former president, is no longer with the company.
The work done by Mr Tom Riscili was very important especially in everything related to the acquisition of CGI Windows by PGT Industries. This is one of the acquisitions that has impacted the fenestration industry in Florida.
