Sierra Pacific Industries (SPI) has selected Rick Audsley to be its new senior director of engineering for SPI’s window division.

“Rick is uniquely qualified to direct the engineering departments in our California and Wisconsin operations,” says president Kendall Pierson. “We are counting on him to play a significant role in integrating the products lines of our plants and help streamline production processes to improve efficiencies.”

Audsley has 30 years of experience in the wood window industry, 18 of which have been with SPI. He completed his B.S. and M.S. degrees in Industrial and Management Systems Engineering at the University of Nebraska.
