AAMA Keynote Speaker Announced

September 6th, 2018 by Drew Vass, Executive Editor

The American Architectural Manufacturers Association (AAMA) announced the keynote speaker for its 2018 Fall Conference. Meagan Johnson will ask attendees to think differently and act decisively when working with multiple generations in the workplace. Registration for the event is now open.

“All generations have been influenced by the major historical events, social trends and cultural phenomena of their time,” says Johnson. “Consequently, each generation has come away with different values, standards of quality and attitudes toward other generations they encounter.”
Johnson has been a speaker since 1997, and is a co-author of “Generations, Inc – From Boomers to Linksters, Managing the Friction Between Generations at Work.”

Other topics will be covered such as utilizing Life Cycle Assessments (LCAs) and Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) to drive sustainability. A safety workshop will also be held, as well as a workshop by Shintech.
